We work with a range of software and hardware tools. The following are some of our favourites. 

Labview is an extremely productive tool. It's a powerful software platform with extensive inbuilt support for signal processing, analysis, math and industrial communications. It can be run on ordinary PCs or on Real Time systems. It provides a wide range of user interface options and can be scaled up to SCADA type applications.

Microsoft Visual Studio 2005

Microsoft has brought what we liked best about Borland C++ Builder into their flagship development environment. It provides the low level coding control needed in some applications.

 PLC Systems with IEC61131-3 Software

PLCs are and will continue to be an important building block in industrial control systems. Their robustness, long term availability and clarity in debugging are very hard to beat. Additional features such as the ability to make online changes make them the default choice for many systems. The power introduced by IEC61131-3 programming interfaces has opened up many more applications to PLCs and has gone some way to overcoming some of the difficulties in structuring and reusing PLC software.
